Abstract class that provides common implementations for some IDynamicAssignmentPattern methods - implementations of dynamic assignement patterns can extend this class in order to utilize the common methods. Implementations are free to write their own method implementations, and either override the specific methods in this class, or to not extend this class at all.

Class extends from AbstractDynamicPattern, which provides support for localized strings and parameters. This class also adds support for returning a default list of all supported AssigneeTypes.
