Create a Domain Resource Group

Name	Description
Resource Group Name	The name of this resource group. MBean Attribute: `ResourceGroupMBean.Resource Group Name` Changes take effect after you redeploy the module or restart the server.
Resource Group Template	The name of the resource group template on which to base the domain resource group. MBean Attribute: `ResourceGroupMBean.ResourceTemplate` Changes take effect after you redeploy the module or restart the server.
Targets	The virtual targets you want to use for this domain resource group. MBean Attribute: `ResourceGroupMBean.Targets`
Notes	Optional information that you can include to describe this configuration. WebLogic Server saves this note in the domain's configuration file (`config.xml`) as XML PCDATA. All left angle brackets (<) are converted to the XML entity `<`. Carriage returns/line feeds are preserved. Note: If you create or edit a note from the Administration Console, the Administration Console does not preserve carriage returns/line feeds. MBean Attribute: `ResourceGroupMBean.Notes`
