Delete policies from a diagnostic system module

Before you begin

To delete a policy from a diagnostic system module:

  1. If you have not already done so, in the Change Center of the Administration Console, click Lock & Edit (see Use the Change Center).
  2. In the left pane, expand Diagnostics and select Diagnostic Modules.
  3. On the Summary of Diagnostic Modules page, click the name of the module containg the policy or policies you want to delete.
  4. On the Settings for [Module Name] page, select Configuration > Policies and Actions > Policies.
  5. Select the check box(es) next to the policy or policies you want to delete.
  6. Click Delete.

    When you delete a policy, it is deleted completely from the persisted configuration file and cannot be recovered.

  7. In the Change Center, click Activate Changes.
