Reader for both CM and CA based connections.xml files that inspects a
URL ato discover whether there are any passwords contained in the file,
and if there are whether a passphrase is required to decrypt them.
Tests whether the xml file contains any encrypted passwords. This could
be passwords encrypted with a passphrase, or legacy passwords that do
not require a passphrase.
true if there are any passwords.
public boolean requiresPassphrase()
Tests whether any connections in the xml file will need a passphrase
to decrypt their passwords, should they have any saved.
Note this does not mean that there are actually any passwords in the
file - see containsPasswords().
true if a passphrase will be needed for decryption.
public boolean isLegacyCMFormat()
Tests whether the xml format of the file is the legacy CM format used
in JDeveloper < 11 and SQLDeveloper < 1.5.
