6.76 Rule Settings Dialog

Use to set the rules for running the HTTP Analyzer. The fields available depend on the type of rule. More

Element Description

Rules list

Lists the available rules. The default is that there are two pass through rules defined. The first is set to http://localhost:631, and the second is blank. The blank Pass through rule must be the last rule.

Click Add to add a new pass through rule.

Click the down arrow next to Add to choose the type of rule.

Click Remove to delete the selected rule.

Rules are processed in order from the top, and it is important to order the rules correctly using the shuttle up and Shuttle down buttons

Reference URL

Enter the URL of the reference service you want to use. The HTTP Analyzer connects to this service only once and then uses the rules you define here to run in simulator mode so that you can test what happens.
