Application Extension Framework (AXF) and Oracle WebCenter Imaging (IPM) are not available in Oracle WebCenter Application Adapter 12c (12.2.1.1) release. You must use the Oracle WebCenter Content for the Managed Attachment Solution to work in the 12c environment.
