Create a Resource Group

Use this page to create a resource group.

Configuration Options

Name	Description
Name	The name of this resource group. MBean Attribute: ResourceGroupMBean.Resource Group Name Changes take effect after you redeploy the module or restart the server.
Scope	Specify whether this is a domain or partition level resource group.
Domain Partition	Select the domain partition you want to associate this resource group with.
Resource Group Template	MBean Attribute: ResourceGroupMBean.ResourceTemplate Changes take effect after you redeploy the module or restart the server.
Targets	Select the targets for this resource group.
Notes	Optional information that you can include to describe this configuration. WebLogic Server saves this note in the domain's configuration file (config.xml) as XML PCDATA. All left angle brackets (<) are converted to the XML entity &lt;. Carriage returns/line feeds are preserved. Note: If you create or edit a note from the Administration Console, the Administration Console does not preserve carriage returns/line feeds. MBean Attribute: ResourceGroupMBean.Notes
