Use to create and configure the diagrams.
A diagram is a graphical view of a subset of the datastores contained in a sub-model (or data model). A data model may have several diagrams attached to it.
A diagram is built:
By assembling datastores from models and sub-models.
By creating blank datastores into which you either create new attributes or assemble attributes from other datastores.
The Diagram Editor has the following tabs:
Overview
Properties | Description |
---|---|
Name | Name of the diagram. |
Description | Description of the diagram. |
Use to edit all the model elements (datastores, attributes, references, filters, and so forth) visible in this diagram. Double-click the element you wish to edit to open the corresponding editor. Changes performed in the diagram immediately apply to the model. More
