public class DescriptorUpdateFailedException
A DescriptorUpdateFailedException is thrown when an DescriptorUpdateListener
fails to activate changes that were successfully prepared. Note that this
exception will not cause the update to be rolled back; it is too late for
that. All changes will be applied. If the listener must throw this
exception, it should attempt to process as many as the changes as possible
but must also ensure that the configured entity remains in a consistent
state. Rather than throwing the exception immediately at first failure,
the addException method should be used to accumulate activation failures
and defer return until all changes have been processed.
In most cases it is possible to avoid a failure at this late stage by doing
appropriate validation during prepareUpdate.
