Convert a view ID to one relative to the public HTML directory (one that can be used to locate the actual file in the classpath)

Parameters:

viewId - the view ID

Returns:

the view ID relative to the public HTML directory

asBoolean

Attempts to convert a object (most likely a string) value to a boolean.

Parameters:

value - the raw, unconverted value

defaultValue - the value to use if the value is null

Returns:

the value as a boolean or null if the value is not a string or boolean
