Support for Essbase Load Rules in Cloud Applications

Applications now support the use of Essbase load rules for data loading. Customers migrating from on-premises Essbase environments can reuse their existing load rules and source files without needing to recreate them as Data Integration definitions.

Note: Load rules that use SQL to pull data directly from relational sources are not supported. Customers that have load rules with SQL will need to remove the SQL from their load rule and provide the data in a separate file.

Business Benefit: This enhancement simplifies migration to the cloud by reducing the effort required to rebuild data load processes. It also improves performance by enabling direct data loads using Essbase load rules, avoiding the additional processing overhead associated with Data Integration.
