Identifying Competence Types and Competencies in the Assessment Template

Once you identify the type of assessment you are performing, you'll want to identify the competence types and competencies against which to assess. When you are first setting up your assessment templates, all the competence types and competencies you previously created within your enterprise are available for you to select from.

Not only can you identify which competence types and related competencies to include in the assessment, but you can also indicate the sequence in which you want them to appear on the assessment page. This gives you complete control over the layout. (If you do not sequence the competencies or types, they appear on the assessment Web page in the order they appear in the template).
