Siebel CTI Connect Events

Table 70 describes an event that may be received by the Siebel CTI Connect driver.

EventAnswerCall

Indicates the arrival of a new call. This event is triggered whenever the AnswerCall device command is invoked by the Siebel CTI Connect driver, such as when an agent answers a call using the communications toolbar. This event may be used in your event handler definitions in order to enhance the speed of screen pops.
