The weighted average benchmark rate that is in place over the dates of the room block and across all room types used in the room block.

The total sleeping room revenue across all room types (except suites) for the quote.

The sum of the required thresholds for all of the different function space categories/specific spaces being held by the quote.

FS Availability

The availability status within the event agenda. this value is Total, Partial, or Not Available:

  • Total. All the functions have a status of Reserved or Overbooked
  • Partial. When one or more functions are Optioned or Unreserved
  • Not Available. When no functions have a status of Reserved or Overbooked within the agenda
