Tagging Inbound Emails as Faxes
In some cases, you may want to mark inbound emails as faxes received using the Communications list. However, if you do this, you must make a number of changes in Tools so that these faxes will be displayed in the refreshed Communications list. To make sure that inbound faxes are accepted and are displayed in the Communications list, you must do this following:
If you do not make these changes, when you query for items in the Communications list of Activity Type
Fax - Inbound, an error message will be displayed, and you will not be able to view inbound faxes.
