Planning Objects to Monitor with a Workflow Policy
This task is a step in Process of Planning a Workflow Policy. You should develop a plan for what objects to monitor. For example, assume the service department needs to send an email to the service request contact whenever a service request is opened with a severity level of critical. Table 33 describes the information to record in this example.
