About Exemption Profiles in Siebel Communications
End users create an exemption profile to list subsidy and exemption information for which the customer may be eligible. An exemption profile includes fields to track when a subsidy or exemption takes place, and it records the receipt of supporting information. Some fields in the Exemption Profiles form are described in Table 8.
