Workflows for Charges and Invoices
This section explains the Siebel workflows used for charges and invoices. Workflows automate the business processes associated with charges and invoices.
You can modify these workflows to suit your own business model using Siebel Business Process Designer. For more information, see Siebel Business Process Framework: Workflow Guide.
TIP: The Field Service Invoice Engine Service was deactivated in Field Service version 7.7. Workflows which reference the Invoice Engine should be updated to reflect this change. For more information on the new business services, see Invoices.
