Executing Marketing Programs from Start to Finish
To execute a marketing program, you need to complete the following tasks:
- Create your target segments for each campaign. See Marketing Segments and Segment Trees.
- Create offers and treatments. See Creating and Using Offers and Treatments.
- Plan response handling. See About Using Response Management.
- (Optional) Set up waves. See Setting Up Waves for Campaign Loads.
- Launch the program. See Launching Programs and Campaigns.
- Load the campaigns manually or schedule the stage for automatic execution. To load campaigns, see Launching Campaigns Manually. To schedule a stage, see Scheduling a Stage Execution.
