SIS OM Modify Products & Services Process

This workflow determines whether there is an active quote for the current account. If there is no active quote, it creates a new quote. It generates a quote line item to update the selected asset. If the product is a product with components, the workflow displays the service item in Configurator with all related open orders applied to it. Otherwise, it displays the Quote Detail view. This workflow is shown in Figure 44.

A user initiates this workflow by clicking the Modify button in the following views:

  • Accounts screen, Service Items view
  • Accounts screen, Account Summary view
  • Networks, Nodes view
  • Networks, Connections view
  • Networks, All Elements view
  • Orders, Order Entry - Line Items view
