Setting Siebel Server Components Offline

This topic describes setting a server component offline on a Siebel Server. For background information on offline server components, see About Online and Offline Server Components.

For information on other server component administrative tasks, see Administering Siebel Server Components.

To set a Siebel Server component offline

1. From the application-level menu, choose Navigation > Site Map > Administration - Server Management.
2. From the link bar, click Components.
3. In the Components list, select the server component of interest.

   NOTE:  Make sure you select the server component on the Siebel Server of interest.

4. Click the Offline button.
