Setting the Price List for Quotes

Before creating a quote, end users can set the default price list that will be used in the quote process.

To set a default price list

From the application-level menu, choose View > User Preferences.
Click the Price List and Sales Methodology tab.
In the Price List field, click the field control button.
Select the price list that will be used as a default for the Quotes screen, and then click OK.
If needed, select a sales methodology from the Sales Methodology drop-down list.
