Providing Details of Services to be Performed

A representative can record details of services to be performed for this service request.

To provide details of services to be performed

Navigate to the Service screen.
Select the service request for which a service is needed.
Click the Services to be Performed view tab.
Click New.
Complete the fields as needed.

NOTE:  The options in the Service Type drop-down list are dependent on what you select in the Category drop-down list.
