Installing Dialogic CT Connect Service Pack

This section describes how to install the necessary service pack for Dialogic CT Connect. For detailed installation instructions, refer to CT Connect Installation and Configuration Guide.

NOTE:  Make sure that the Control Panel Services application is not running on this system before you install the service pack.

To install Dialogic CT Connect service pack

On the Windows Server Ancillary Programs CD-ROM from Siebel Systems, locate ctcv5sp2.exe in the directory \Thirdpty\enu\dialogic\ctconnect\CTCV5SP2.
Run ctcv5sp2.exe.
When the installer has completed, specify that you will restart your computer later, and click Finish.
