Adding Ship-To Accounts and Delivery Dates


You can set up multiple shipping addresses by associating ship-to accounts to the quote. You can then apply delivery dates for each ship-to account.

To add shipping addresses to a quote

  1. Navigate to the Quotes screen.
  2. From the Show drop-down, select the appropriate filter, if necessary.
  3. In the Quotes list, select the quote you are preparing.
  4. Click the Shipments view tab.
  5. In the Ship To list, Click New.
  6. The Add Accounts dialog box appears.

  7. From the Add Accounts dialog box, select one or more ship-to accounts, and click OK.

To set up delivery dates for each ship-to account

  1. Navigate to the Quotes screen.
  2. From the Show drop-down, select the appropriate filter, if necessary.
  3. In the Quotes list, select the quote you are preparing.
  4. Click the Shipments view tab.
  5. In the Ship To list, select the ship-to account for which you want to set up a delivery date.
  6. In the Delivery list, click New.
  7. Enter dates in the Delivery Date field and Last Cancel Date field (optional).
  8. NOTE:  The Last Cancel Date field (optional) indicates the last date on which the retailer can receive the order before the order is cancelled.

  9. Repeat Step 5 and Step 7 to set up additional delivery dates.
