Changing a Calendar Activity


After adding an activity to your calendar, you can go back and make changes to it. You can drill down on the activity and make changes from the Calendar Detail form.

To change an activity using the Calendar Detail form

  1. Navigate to the Calendar screen.
  2. In the Daily, Weekly, or Monthly view, click the Description hyperlink to access the activity.
  3. The Calendar Detail form appears.

  4. Make the necessary changes and click Save This One.

TIP:  Each time you create or modify an activity in the calendar, you can choose to automatically notify any employees who are associated with the activity. See Setting Up a Meeting Email Notification Prompt for more information.
