This appendix outlines the tasks involved in upgrading your Siebel application if you have not customized your application and therefore do not have a development environment. If you are upgrading without a development environment, upgrade a test environment and then upgrade your production environment using the procedures described in Upgrading Without a Development Environment.
The process for upgrading without a development is illustrated in Figure 13.
