Setting Up Supervisor Accounts in Oracle Contact On Demand


Administrators must set up supervisor accounts in Oracle Contact On Demand Administration Manager before supervisors can log in to Oracle Contact On Demand Supervision Manager. This task is a step in Process of Setting Up Oracle Contact On Demand Supervision Manager. Administrators can create supervisor accounts in Oracle Contact On Demand with limited or full access.

  • With limited access, supervisors can monitor only the activity of agents that an administrator assigns to them.
  • With full access, supervisors can monitor the activity of agents that an administrator assigns to them as well as view statistics for all workgroups.
