Creating Contact Call Treatments and Associating a Response Template


Contact call treatments are available in Siebel Pharma Marketing and Siebel Pharma Campaigns only. Contact call treatments are executed through the Siebel Pharma sales application. Use the Contact Call treatment view to define specific product messages to be delivered as part of pharma call detailing. The contact call treatment view includes the following view tabs:

  • More Info. This form contains fields that you use if the contact call treatment requires approvals from your marketing and legal departments. It also provides a unique identifier for the treatment in the treatment code field.
  • Response Templates. Use this list to create potential responses to the product message created as part of the contact call treatment.

  • My Messaging Plan List. Displays messaging plans associated with the Contact Call treatment.

Creating a Contact Call Treatment

The following procedure describes how to create a Contact Call treatment.

To create a Contact Call treatment

  1. Navigate to the Offers screen, then the Contact Call Treatments view.
  2. In the Treatments list, create a new treatment.

    Contact Call is displayed in the Channel field.

  3. In the Contact Call Treatments list, complete the remaining fields.

  4. Click the Contact Call treatment name.
  5. In the More Info tab, complete the fields.

Associating a Response Template to a Contact Call Treatment

Response templates associated with a contact call treatment determines the choice of responses that can be recorded as part of call reporting in Siebel Pharma.

The following procedure shows how to associate a response template with a contact call treatment.

To associate a response template with a contact call treatment

  1. Navigate to Treatments screen, then the Contact Call Treatments view.
  2. Click the treatment name.
  3. In the Response Template list, create a new record.
