HLS Case Evaluate Assessment Workflow

This workflow evaluates a risk assessment for a case to determine whether the case is urgent.

A user initiates this workflow by selecting a risk assessment in the Assessments view for a case and then clicking the Evaluate Assessment button. Figure 12 shows this workflow.

Workflow Description. This workflow performs the following actions:

1. Check Assessment Type. If the Assessment Type field for the case is Risk, then this step goes to Step 2. If the Assessment Type field is not Risk, then the workflow terminates.
2. Above Threshold. If the Percent field of the risk assessment is greater than an established threshold, then this step goes to Step 3. If the Percent field of the risk assessment is not greater than an established threshold, then this step goes to Step 4.
3. Priority Urgent. This step sets the Priority field for the case to Urgent.
4. Priority Routine. This step sets the Priority field for the case to Routine.
