Architecture for Siebel Email Response
The Siebel Server and Siebel Email Response process incoming email and handle the replies. Figure 1 provides a high-level overview of a typical email process, which starts when a customer sends an email and ends when Siebel Server components (either the Communications Inbound Receiver or the Communications Inbound Receiver and the Communications Inbound Processor) process the incoming email and send a reply to the customer.
