5 (Release 9.1 Update) (USA) Setting Up OFCCP Forms to Disclose Disability and Veteran Status

This chapter contains the following topics:

5.1 Understanding OFCCP Forms Setup

Employees can use the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne employee self-service programs to enter, review, and update the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Form CC-305 that is published by the U.S. Department of Labor's Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Employees can also use the self-service programs to self-identify themselves as protected veterans, as required under the amended regulations implementing the Vietnam Era Veterans' Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA).

Employees can access the Disability Status Disclose Form program (P085590) and the Veteran Status Disclose Form program (P085605) by clicking a link on their organization's intranet portal. To set up this access, use the Self-Service Process Flow Setup program (P05400) to create a process flow script. After creating the process flow script, link the Self-Service Director program (P05410) version that runs the script to the Web portal.

Employees can use the P085590 program to provide their disability status on the Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Status form, and the P085605 program to self-identify themselves as protected veterans on the Voluntary Self-Identification of Protected Veteran Status form. The employees can use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate to the previous or next step that is defined in the process flow script.

5.2 Running Director Form Rules for OFCCP Forms

This section provides an overview of the Populate Director Form Rules/Edits report (R8985500) for OFCCP forms to disclose disability and veteran information, and describes how to run the report.

5.2.1 Understanding Director Form Rules for OFCCP Forms

Before creating the process flow script for the OFCCP forms to disclose the disability status and veteran information, you must run the Populate Director Form Rules/Edits report (R8985500). This report creates and stores information in the Self-Service Step/Application Cross-Reference (F05402) and Self-Service Script Position Rules (F05403) tables. The Self-Service Process Flow Setup program (P05400) uses these tables to create the new process flow script for the OFCCP form.

5.2.2 Running the Populate Director Form Rules/Edits Report for OFCCP Forms

From the Employee Self Service General Management menu (G08BESS327), select Populate Director Form Rules/Edits.

5.3 Creating a Self-Service Process Flow Script for OFCCP Forms

This section provides an overview of the self-service process flow script for OFCCP forms that are used to disclose disability and protected veteran status information.

5.3.1 Understanding the Self-Service Process Flow Script for OFCCP Forms

You can use the Self Service Process Flow Setup program (P05400) to create a self-service process flow script that includes the P085590 and P085605 programs.

To include the P085590 program in the process flow script, add Self-Service Action Step 230 in the script. To include the P085605 program in the process flow script, add Self-Service Action Step 240 in the script.
