This chapter describes how to set up and administer printers by using the Oracle Solaris Print Manager graphical user interface (GUI).
Note - Starting with the Oracle Solaris 11 Express release, CUPS is the default print service. If you want to use Oracle Solaris Print Manager to manage your printing environment, you must first install the required software packages, then switch from the CUPS print service to the LP print service.
