This chapter describes how to manage your printing environment by using the Common UNIX Print System (CUPS). The procedures that are in this chapter focus primarily on how to use the two CUPS graphical user interfaces (GUIs), both of which are supported in this Oracle Solaris release. This chapter does not include detailed information about managing printers by using the CUPS command-line functionality. For information about using the CUPS command-line functionality, see the documentation at http://localhost:631/help/.
