How to Connect to the Host’s Serial Console Using the Oracle ILOM Command-Line Interface

  1. Connect to the Oracle ILOM CLI using one of the following methods:
  2. Log in to the service processor using an account with Administrator privileges.
  3. At the Oracle ILOM prompt, launch a serial console by entering the command:

    start /SP/console

    The serial console output appears on the screen.

  4. To return to the SP Oracle ILOM, type:

    esc (
