Commerce Reference Store enables customers to return items they are not satisfied with. A registered customer can:
Initiate a return. The customer can return a full order or specific items from that order.
Depending on the payment method used for the original order, receive either a store credit, a refund to the credit card used for the order payment, or a combination of the two.
View details about previous items he or she has returned.
View details of exchange orders executed in Commerce Service Center. (Note that exchanges – returning items in exchange for other items, rather than for refunds --cannot be initiated through Commerce Reference Store itself.)
