Customizing User Management for External Authentication Systems

You can optionally customize your SSO or LDAP external authentication system to implement any user management features that Oracle Self-Service E-Billing authentication would otherwise provide.

Using an SSO or LDAP system replaces the Oracle Self-Service E-Billing authentication and user management functionality with the external system's functionality.
