IMA_GetDiscoveryProperties - Gets the discovery properties of the specified PHBA, LHBA, or network portal

/* out */    IMA_DISCOVERY_PROPERTIES *pProps

Parameters

oid

The Object ID of the physical host bus adapter (PHBA), logical host bus adapter (LHBA), or network portal whose discovery properties are being retrieved.

pProps

A pointer to an IMA_DISCOVERY_PROPERTIES data structure allocated by the caller. If returned successfully, this argument contains the discovery properties of the specified PHBA, LHBA, or network portal.

Description

The IMA_GetDiscoveryProperties() API gets the discovery properties of the specified PHBA, LHBA, or network portal.

Return Values

IMA_ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER

Returned if the pProps argument is NULL, or specifies a memory area to which data cannot be written

IMA_ERROR_INVALID_OBJECT_TYPE

Returned if the oid argument does not specify a valid object type

IMA_ERROR_INCORRECT_OBJECT_TYPE

Returned if the oid argument does not specify a PHBA, LHBA, or network portal object

IMA_ERROR_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND

Returned if the oid argument does not specify a PHBA, LHBA, or network portal known to the system
