Name

IMA_GetTargetProperties - Gets the properties of a specified target

IMA_STATUS IMA_GetTargetProperties(
     /* in */     IMA_OID targetOid,
     /* out */    IMA_TARGET_PROPERTIES *pProps
);

Parameters

targetOid

The object ID of the target whose properties are being retrieved.

pProps

A pointer to an IMA_TARGET_PROPERTIES data structure allocated by the caller. If returned successfully, this data structure contains the properties of the specified target.

Description

The IMA_GetTargetProperties() API gets the properties of a specified target.

Return Values

IMA_ERROR_INVALID_PARAMETER

Returned if the pProps argument is NULL, or specifies a memory area to which data cannot be written

IMA_ERROR_INVALID_OBJECT_TYPE

Returned if the targetOid argument does not specify a valid object type

IMA_ERROR_INCORRECT_OBJECT_TYPE

Returned if the targetOid argument does not specify a target object

IMA_ERROR_OBJECT_NOT_FOUND

Returned if the targetOid argument does not specify a target known to the system

IMA_ERROR_TARGET_TIMEOUT

Returned if the target failed to respond to an iSCSI login request from an initiator

IMA_ERROR_LOGIN_REJECTED

Returned if the target rejected an iSCSI login request from an initiator
