要优化 Windows 性能：

  1. 打开 Windows 注册表，将 TcpTimedWaitDelay 参数设置为 30。

    此步骤可减少操作系统等待回收已关闭端口的时间，其默认设置为 4 分钟（240 秒）。该参数位于 HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters

  2. 将 MaxUserPort 参数设置为 65534。
