Smart View

問題：當 Oracle Hyperion Financial Management 在 Oracle Smart View for Office 中使用 URL 為 http://伺服器:連接埠/workspace/SmartViewProviders 的共用連線時，Smart View 未傳回 Financial Management 提供者詳細資訊。

解決方案：如果您在 EPM System Configurator 中自訂 IIS Smart View 環境定義，就必須手動變更 Oracle Hyperion Shared Services Registry 中的 SmartViewContext 特性。

解決方案：下列步驟只適用於 SSL 和 SSL OFFLOADER 環境，且您必須針對 Smart View 所用的特定 Planning 應用程式來執行這些步驟。

1. 透過存取 Workspace URL (例如 https://epm.mycompany.com:19443/workspace/index.jsp) 登入 Oracle Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management Workspace。
2. 在功能表列上，按一下導覽 > 應用程式 > Planning，然後選取該應用程式名稱 (應用程式名稱就是用於 Smart View 的應用程式名稱)。
3. 當應用程式開啟時，選取管理 > 應用程式 > 特性，然後選取系統特性頁籤。
4. 將 SMARTVIEW_CONNECT_URL 設定為基礎 Workspace URL，然後按一下儲存。例如，假設 Workspace URL 是 https://epm.mycompany.com:19443/workspace/index.jsp，則基礎 URL 是 https://epm.mycompany.com:19443。
5. 重新啟動 Planning 服務。
