Context Values for Processes
Context values are displayed along the process in the process LOV. The processes are organized at various context level as below :
- None: You can run these processes before defining any organizations, and can run from any responsibility
- IO: Inventory Organization
Note that these context values are always shown as "NONE", "BG", "IO", and so on, regardless of the national language you are using in Oracle Applications.
To continue completing Context-dependent processes:
1. Choose one of the responsibilities you created during the Common Applications setup steps; this responsibility will indicate a particular context, such as a set of books or organizational unit.
2. Open the Application Implementation Wizard Startup window.
3. Choose a Common Financials, Common Manufacturing, or other common product family process from the list of values. Note the "Context" value associated with that process.
