Quota Performance

This report shows the performance for each specified salesperson by plan element and by revenue class. If a plan element has the Apply Txn field set to Grouped by Interval, then this report needs to be run to see the commission earned for the plan element. The Commission Statement report will not show the commission earned for a Grouped by Interval case, as the commission amount field will show 0 for each individual transaction. This report reflects the information in the performance window in the Subledger in the Salesperson Workbench. This report can be run using report level security. Current Period

he period for which the quota performance is calculated.

Currency

The currency in which the report is generated.

Column Headings

Emp Num

The salesperson's employee number.

Salesrep Name

The salesperson's name.

Compensation Plan

The compensation plan assigned for each salesperson.

Plan Element

The plan elements assigned to the compensation plan for each salesperson.

Cost Ctr

The cost center this salesperson's compensation is charged to.

Curr Code

The selected currency code, which may be functional currency or salesrep currency.

Comm Earned Ptd/Ytd

The commission earned for this period and year-to-date for the salesperson.

Quota Achieved Ptd/Ytd

The achievement amount for this period and year-to-date toward quota credited for the salesperson.

Quota Ptd/Ytd

Target quota amount for the salesperson for the selected period.

Percentage Ptd/Ytd

Percentage of achievement toward quota for the period and year-to-date.

Period Name

Enter the period for this report.

Currency Type

Select the currency in which to run the report.
