When you want to credit one or more of a salesperson's peers who are at the same level in the organizational hierarchy, you roll credit across multiple credit chains . To do this you need to repeat the salesperson at the lowest level of every branch containing the peers you want to compensate. You can either repeat the salesperson as a child of the peers in an existing branch, or create a new root and repeat the salesperson as a child of the peers you want to compensate.
