Renewing Service Programs
You can renew your service programs before they expire. The Expiring Services Report lists service programs and warranties that are due to expire, by customer. To renew service, you can use the Renew Service Programs window to select the service programs, by customer, that you want to renew. Your sales orders are created in Oracle Order Entry/Shipping for service program renewals.
