Creating Categories
Use the Manage Categories and Questions page to create and maintain the heading text you want to appear on your appraisal questionnaire.

To create categories:
1. In the main menu, choose Manage Categories and Questions.
2. Click the New button to create the categories (heading text and sub-headings).
Suggestion: You can only create up to three categories at a time. Once you have entered the third category, click the Save button and click the New button again to enter further categories.
3. Enter the categories to include on the questionnaire.
In our example, this is Areas for Development and Improvement, Overall Assessment, Strengths and Improvement Areas, and Development Actions Resulting From Performance Review.
4. Enter any special details or conditions in the Heading Text field alongside the category where you want it to appear.
In our example, 'within 6 months' appears alongside the category Areas for Development and Improvement.
5. When you've done, click the Save button.
