Which Activities are Available Using Windows, LMDA and EDA?

The following tables illustrate which setup and ongoing activities you can perform using standard Oracle HRMS windows, and which activities you can perform using Line Manager and Employee Direct Access. For some activities, you can use windows, LMDA and EDA.

Ongoing Activities Windows LMDA EDA
Create a Person List (perform sophisticated searches to identify people by skills, personal characteristics, applicant or employee information)    
Create and review appraisals and competence-based assessments, and transfer them to other participants using Oracle Workflow. Employees can perform self assessment and appraisal  
Enter succession plan options for a person    
Complete suitability matching (skills profiling)    
Manage deployment constraints and requests expressed by employees, such as requests to relocate, or travel internationally. Employees can update their own work choices
Manage and update work choices for a job and position  
Create and update competence profile. Employees can update their own competence profile
Enter, review and update qualifications, education, licenses and awards
Enter, review and update schools and colleges attended
View summary personal and employee data
