Modelling Career and Succession Plans

The flexibility provided by Oracle Human Resources means that you can handle your enterprise's career and succession plans using one of two basic models. You can either base career progression on jobs or positions. If you are using the Web-based Line Manager Direct Access, you have additional features for holding succession plan information.
