Manage Folders dialog: Folder > Business Area tab

Use this tab to assign single folders to a business area. For example, to assign a new folder to a business area.

Folder

Use this drop down list to select the folder that you want to assign. The Current business areas list displays business areas to which the current folder is assigned.

If you select a folder that is not assigned to any business area, the folder is an orphan folder.

Available business areas

All of the business areas available to share the folder definition.

This list displays available business areas to which you can assign the current folder.

To assign the current folder to a business area, select one or more business areas, then click '>' to move them to the Current business areas list.

Current business areas

This list displays business areas to which the current folder is assigned.

To remove the current folder from a business area, select one or more business areas, then click '<' to move them to the Available business areas list.

Notes

You can select more than one business area by pressing the Ctrl key and clicking business area.
