Selecting the Program Units node in the Object Navigator and
clicking the Create button allows you to create a new program
unit and opens the Program Unit editor.
Double-clicking on the icon next to an existing program unit
opens the Program Unit editor, which allows you to edit the
program unit or create new ones.
